Renaissance

Our History

More than a name change

Verrä, a Renaissance

Verrä was born from a desire: to rethink the place, the menu and the customer experience.
Formerly a neighborhood brasserie, the restaurant has changed its name, management and ambition.

In the Heart of the Kitchen

Passion & Respect

Cooking is first and foremost a question of respect: for the product, the craft, and the people we serve. Every dish that comes out of my kitchen must be fair, honest, and made with rigor... and always with heart and passion.

Kitchen & Bar

Our cuisine, inspired by French tradition, is now focused on the finesse of flavors and careful presentation. We showcase carefully selected products, such as the black pudding from Christian Parra, Meilleur Ouvrier de France, which has become a signature of our menu.

On the bar side, we incorporate the art of mixology with creative cocktails, like our filtered Espresso Martini, sweetened with a unique house syrup – a natural alternative to egg white.

Comfortable setting

A rare space, comfortable, warm and elegant. A unique map. A demanding service. And an atmosphere that evolves throughout the day.

At lunchtime, the neighborhood's executives find a refined break here, far from the hustle and bustle. In the evening, Verrä becomes a place for meeting, exchanging ideas, and sharing over a drink or a generous platter. And on weekends, families and local residents gather here to enjoy a convivial moment in a unique setting.

Our Philosophy

At Verrä, every moment counts.
We believe that a lunch, a drink with colleagues or a family dinner can become a memorable experience – provided you put heart, know-how and real standards into it.

Eating well shouldn't be exceptional, but natural. Elegance isn't something you shout about, it's something you feel.
