Verrä, a Renaissance
Verrä was born from a desire: to rethink the place, the menu and the customer experience.
Formerly a neighborhood brasserie, the restaurant has changed its name, management and ambition.
Passion & Respect
Cooking is first and foremost a question of respect: for the product, the craft, and the people we serve. Every dish that comes out of my kitchen must be fair, honest, and made with rigor... and always with heart and passion.
Kitchen & Bar
Our cuisine, inspired by French tradition, focuses on the subtlety of flavors and meticulous presentation. We showcase carefully selected products, such as the Christian Parra's black pudding, Meilleur Ouvrier de France, which has become a signature of our menu.
On the bar side, we incorporate the art of mixology with creative inventions, such as our Verrä signature cocktail which is a sweet and intoxicating alternative to the Piña Colada.
